Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition.
• Be returned in the original packaging.
• Include proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software or digital products
• Items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
